The Turbo GT is the extreme-performance flagship, added with the 2025 facelift and, at launch, the most powerful series-production Porsche ever built. It uses an upgraded rear motor with a higher maximum current and a more powerful pulse inverter, and adds Attack Mode — a push-to-pass power boost triggered by the right steering-wheel paddle. As with every Taycan, the "Turbo" name is marketing only: there is no turbocharger, just a pure EV.
It also goes on a diet. The Turbo GT is roughly 165 lb (75 kg) lighter than a Turbo S through carbon-fiber components — roof, mirrors and other panels — before any options. The optional Weissach package strips it further for the track (see the weight fact), turning it into a strict two-seater.

No. It is a pure electric car with no combustion engine and nothing to force-induct. "Turbo GT" is a performance-tier name; its power comes from an upgraded electric motor and inverter, not a turbocharger.
