The 911 Carrera T (992.1) is the lighter, driver-focused base 911, returned for 2023. It keeps the base 3.0-liter twin-turbo but is the way to get a manual on a base-tune Carrera: a seven-speed manual is standard, with PDK a no-cost option.
The package leans on feel — PASM Sport lowered suspension, a mechanical rear differential lock, a shorter final drive and Sport Chrono — over outright pace. It is broadly reliable; watch the early-2020 coolant-pump recall on earlier 992s.
