The 25th Anniversary (1988-1990) marked 25 years of Lamborghini and was the last and best-developed classic Countach before the Diablo replaced it. Horacio Pagani, who was running Lamborghini's composites department shortly before he founded his own marque, led a restyle with new rocker panels, revised intakes, and bodywork tweaks. The result is the most refined classic Countach, and also the most visually divisive.

Mechanically it carries over the QV's four-valve 5.2-liter V12, again carbureted in Europe and fuel-injected for the US. It's the heaviest classic Countach, but the most sorted to drive, and the most-produced.
