The Audi SQ8 is the mid-level performance version of the coupe-roofed Q8, Audi's flagship SUV built on the Volkswagen Group's MLB Evo platform alongside the Q7, VW Touareg, and Porsche Cayenne. Audi facelifted the Q8 family for model year 2024 with a reworked front bumper and Singleframe grille, updated Matrix LED headlights with optional laser high beams, and OLED taillights with proximity lighting, along with new interior trim and color options. The facelift left the SQ8's twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8, 48-volt mild-hybrid system, and 8-speed Tiptronic automatic unchanged from the pre-facelift car.
It continues to sit between the base Q8 and the RS Q8/RS Q8 Performance, with quattro all-wheel drive and adaptive air suspension standard.
