The Audi RS6 Avant (sold in this base output form for the 2021 through 2023 US model years) is the range-topping performance wagon built on the C8-generation A6, and it's the first RS6 Avant Audi has ever sold in the United States. Earlier RS6 generations (C6 and C7) were Europe-only, and even the C5-generation RS6 that did reach the US, for the 2003-2004 model years, came only as a sedan. Power comes from a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter TFSI V8 with a 48V mild-hybrid system and cylinder-on-demand technology, sent through an 8-speed Tiptronic automatic to quattro all-wheel drive.
