The Wraith Black Badge is the darker, more assertive Wraith, introduced in 2016 as a permanent line rather than a limited edition. It's a power-and-appearance car, not a lightweight one: there is no weight saving over the standard Wraith, and the extra output comes with a re-tuned transmission and a fully blacked-out exterior treatment.
The line closed out Rolls-Royce's V12 coupe era in 2023, before the electric Spectre took over the two-door role.
It's the darker, more assertive Wraith, not a lighter one. Horsepower carries over unchanged; torque is bumped up and the 8-speed automatic is re-tuned to shift higher in the rev range for sharper response. The chrome (grille, Spirit of Ecstasy, badging, exhausts, wheels) is darkened. It's a character and trim change, not a stripped-down performance special or a lightweight one.
