The Spectre Black Badge (revealed February 2025) is the darker, more powerful version of the Series 1 Spectre and the electric entry in Rolls-Royce's Black Badge sub-brand, following Black Badge Wraith, Ghost, Cullinan and Dawn. At launch it was the most powerful Rolls-Royce ever built. It uses the same dual-motor, all-wheel drive hardware as the standard car, retuned rather than re-engineered, for 650 hp (659 PS / 485 kW) and 793 lb-ft (1,075 N·m). That is up 73 hp and 129 lb-ft on the standard Spectre's 577 hp and 664 lb-ft, and it comes with darker exterior brightwork and badging.
The Black Badge adds an 'Infinity' drive mode, engaged by an infinity button on the steering wheel, which unlocks the full 650 hp with sharper throttle response, added steering weight and purple dial lighting, plus a separate 'Spirited' launch mode armed by pressing the brake and throttle together. It is not a lightweight variant: it carries the same battery and motors and weighs essentially the same as the standard car, around 6,400 lb, with no weight saving claimed. The extra output costs a little range, with EPA figures around 251-266 miles depending on wheel size.
