New-for-993 aluminum multi-link (LSA) rear axle; lowered, uprated RS setup.
Turbo-derived 322 mm cross-drilled discs.
The 911 Carrera RS Clubsport (M003) is the track-pack version of the 993 Carrera RS 3.8, built in 1995–96 (227 of the 1,014 total RS cars). It shares the RS's 3.8-liter naturally aspirated flat-six and six-speed manual but strips and hardens the car further for circuit use.
Over the standard RS it adds a welded roll cage, composite bucket seats with harnesses, and deletes the carpet, power windows, air conditioning and radio, with revised gearing and a bigger rear wing. That takes it lighter still than the road RS, though an exact Clubsport curb weight was not separately published, so treat the saving qualitatively.
