The McLaren GTS is the 2024 facelift and successor to the GT. McLaren raised the M840TE V8 to 626 hp (635 PS) for the same 630 N·m (465 lb-ft) of torque, trimmed the DIN curb weight to 3,351 lb (1,520 kg), and revised the front bumper, rear fenders, cooling vents, wheels and interior trim, while retaining the GT's carbon MonoCell II-T monocoque, 7-speed SSG dual-clutch, rear-wheel drive and overall dimensions.
McLaren marketed it as the lightest car in its competitive set, citing a class-leading power-to-weight ratio for the segment. Performance is essentially unchanged from the GT (a claimed 3.1 seconds to 60 mph and a 326 km/h / 203 mph top speed), so the GTS is best understood as a sharper, better-equipped GT. Like the GT it is a regular-production model with no published build total, produced from 2024.
