The 570S Spider is the convertible 570S, revealed at the 2017 Goodwood Festival of Speed. It swaps the coupe's fixed roof for a two-piece retractable hardtop that can be raised or lowered at low speed. Thanks to the stiff carbon MonoCell II tub the Spider needs no extra reinforcement, and only comes with a 101 lb (roughly 46 kg) weight penalty over the coupe.
Everything else is the same as the 570S coupe: the same 562 hp twin-turbo M838TE V8, 7-speed dual-clutch, and the same 3.2-second 0–62 mph time. Top speed stays at 204 mph with the roof up and drops to 196 mph roof-down. There's almost no performance penalty.
