The RS e-tron GT Performance is the flagship of Audi's facelifted electric Gran Turismo range, introduced September 17, 2024 as Audi's first fully electric RS performance model. At launch, Audi billed it as the most powerful production vehicle the brand had ever built. It shares its underlying 800-volt J1 platform and dual-motor layout with the S e-tron GT and RS e-tron GT, but adds a reinforced front driveshaft, a newly developed and lighter rear motor, uprated power electronics, and a unique battery cell chemistry.
This is an all-new trim with no direct predecessor. Distinguishing exterior and interior details include optional matte carbon-camouflage trim pieces, an exclusive Bedford Green paint, and a white power meter and speedometer that pay tribute to the analog white dials of the 1994 Audi Avant RS 2. It's built at Audi's small-series Böllinger Höfe plant in Neckarsulm, Germany, alongside the R8 and the other two e-tron GT trims.
