Interim guidance limits charging to 80% pending the remedy.
2. 2Check the front brake-hose recall on any 2022–2024 car (NHTSA 24V-465, about 9,653 vehicles). The front-axle brake hoses can tear and leak fluid, lengthening stopping distance; the remedy is free replacement of the hoses.
3. 3Check the portable-charger cable recall (NHTSA 23V-842, about 93,196 vehicles across several Audi EV models including the RS e-tron GT). The 220/240V portable Mobile Charger cable can overheat the cable or a home outlet at full charge current; Audi replaces it free with a version that adds temperature monitoring and advises against using the 220/240V setting until then.
4. 4Confirm the smaller front air-suspension strut retaining-ring recall on any 2022 car (NHTSA 21V-935 and 22V-927, 10 and 96 vehicles respectively) — a loosened ring can let the strut lose air pressure and degrade handling.
5. 5If the backup camera has ever shown a blank or black screen, confirm the applicable rearview-camera software recall was completed (NHTSA 22V-742, a large multi-model campaign, or the later 25V-900).
