The Audi RS Q8 is Audi's flagship performance SUV, sitting above the SQ8. It shares its twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 with the SQ8 but in a hotter tune, paired with the same 8-speed Tiptronic automatic and quattro all-wheel drive but adding a standard sport differential and larger brakes. The MY2024 facelift carried over the RS Q8's engine tune unchanged from the pre-facelift car, updating only exterior styling, lighting, and interior trim/tech alongside the rest of the Q8 range.
Audi sold the RS Q8 in the US for only the 2024 model year before replacing it with the higher-output RS Q8 Performance for 2025; this lower-tune RS Q8 has continued to be offered in some non-US markets.
